Essa \u00e9 a defini\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto elaborado pelo arquiteto Luiz Maganhoto e pelo designer Daniel Casagrande. A execu\u00e7\u00e3o adquire essa denomina\u00e7\u00e3o por se tratar de um im\u00f3vel altamente automatizado. Os espa\u00e7os tamb\u00e9m ganharam cores terrosas, tecidos feline, suede e camur\u00e7a, mobili\u00e1rio em madeira, resina e pintura automotiva.<\/p>\n<p>Quando se projeta uma reforma e readequa\u00e7\u00e3o de espa\u00e7os em um apartamento de aproximadamente 30 anos, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio considerar o estado do edif\u00edcio, al\u00e9m dos interesses do cliente. Com um car\u00e1ter tecnol\u00f3gico, o casal propriet\u00e1rio solicitou sincronia, principalmente no que diz respeito \u00e0 automa\u00e7\u00e3o de som e imagem.
