A dica \u00e9 da nutricionista Patr\u00edcia Citelli Berger, do Complexo Hospitalar Edmundo Vasconcelos.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo ela, os melhores alimentos para o controle do colesterol s\u00e3o peixes de \u00e1gua fria (exemplos: sardinha, atum, salm\u00e3o, truta), aveia, farinha de linha\u00e7a, frutas oleaginosas (como: castanha do Brasil e nozes), leguminosas (exemplos: soja, feij\u00f5es, gr\u00e3o de bico ervilhas) e azeite de oliva extra virgem. \u201cMuitos estudos est\u00e3o sendo desenvolvidos para tentar demonstrar este mesmo efeito com outros alimentos como frutas c\u00edtricas, gengibre, ma\u00e7\u00e3, canela, alcachofra e a\u00e7a\u00ed\u201d, revela.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e3o h\u00e1 recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es espec\u00edficas por faixa et\u00e1ria, ou seja, n\u00e3o existe nenhum estudo que certifique que determinado alimento \u00e9 mais indicado para uma crian\u00e7a ou idoso. \u201cVale lembrar que os alimentos consumidos separadamente n\u00e3o fazem milagre, eles precisam estar inseridos numa dieta equilibrada associada a h\u00e1bitos de vida saud\u00e1veis\u201d, esclarece Patr\u00edcia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mais recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Carnes:<\/strong> Vale lembrar de que o consumo de peixes, no lugar de carnes vermelhas, \u00e9 importante.
